- Provide operational, administrative, and analytical support.
- Manage clusters' statistical reporting and data integrity, ensuring governance controls.
- Consolidate and update reports, metrics, and organizational charts.
- Produce and distribute memos, letters, and forms to streamline communication.
- Assist in PO creation, invoice tracking, and submission to CRU team.
- Research and create presentations for internal use.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage conflicts.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and copying.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Arrange travel and reconcile expense reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in hospitality or related major with at least 4 years of related working experience.
- Proficien in MS Office.
