Manager (3 months, Project Management)

• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Up to $4,500 per month
• 3-month contract, subject to renewal

Responsibilities:

1. Manage, plan and implement the new and upgrading of community centres/clubs development.
2. Handle projects from planning to completion including defects liability periods, handing over of required documents.
3. Finalisation of project accounts.
4. Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Singaporeans only
2. Possesses Professional Qualification in Architectural, Building, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or other building related disciplines.
3. Minimum three years of relevant experience in managing building projects.
