Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager with regional exposure and experience in integration and building a high-performing team.
- Lead or collaborate in the development of business cycle planning and strategic initiatives;
- Provide support and insights to team leaders across Southeast Asia, aiding in decision-making and performance enhancement;
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities and drive process improvements to enhance financial performance;
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all regional and group reporting requirements;
- Manage mergers and acquisitions, including integration processes;
- Supervise audit and statutory accounts;
- Oversee all direct and indirect taxation matters across all markets;
- Ensure that all practices adhere to regional laws and regulations;
- Manage credit and ensure effective cash, treasury, and risk management;
- Ensure robust governance and control mechanisms are in place;
Requirements
- Professional qualifications in accounting (e.g. CPA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent;
- Experience working in large enterprises with regional exposure;
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience, with prior experience in a senior position;
- Proven team management and leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams;
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, insight generation, and communication skills;
- Proficiency in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and providing decision support to leadership team;
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to organisational growth;
- Good communication skills.
