Job Descriptions:
- Processing of sales & service orders
- Handling of delivery arrangement
- Maintaining and updating database including stock-in & out data
- Liaising with customers on their orders & requirements
- Assisting Sales Team on filing, data entry and follow-up (when necessary)
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum "O" level
- Able to converse in English
- Knowledge of ERP, SAP, and MICROSOFT BUSINESS CENTRAL will be an advantage.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Admin coordination work
- Team Player
