- Position: Finance Executive (Full Sets/Clinic Healthcare) – Up To $4,000 + Up To 3 Month Bonus
- Location: Novena Square
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + 18 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus (up to 3 months) + Medical/Dental Benefits $700/year
- Duration: 1st Year Contract Based (Can be converted to Permanent upon passing Probation) - Renewable / convertible to Perm Role

Main Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Assist with the maintenance of the general ledger by recording financial transactions, posting journal entries, and updating ledger accounts.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, under the guidance of the accountant.
- Reconcile bank statements with the company's accounting records to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering relevant financial data, analyzing trends, and preparing budget schedules and reports
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma in Accounting or Finance with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Power Point)
- Experienced in Healthcare industry will be a bonus
