We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and strategically-minded Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in optimizing our organizational effectiveness. This position will act as a right hand to the CEO, aiding in decision-making processes, strategizing, and implementing key initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of the business landscape, particularly in technology and the gaming and entertainment sectors, with a strong knack for leadership and organizational acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Work closely with the CEO to formulate, articulate, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate the implementation of strategic plans and manage cross-functional team initiatives.
Operational Management:
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of organizational processes, ensuring operational excellence.
- Ensure the optimal functioning of the executive team through effective meeting management and communication.
- Project Management:
- Drive critical projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
- Oversee and execute special projects assigned by the CEO with diligence and attention to detail.
Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster and maintain relationships with partners, investors, and other external parties.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and analysis to the CEO and other executives.
- Analyze business operations and strategies to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred but not required.
- 10 years of experience in a management operations role, preferably in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of the gaming and identity management industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, project timelines, and competing priorities efficiently.
