Key Responsibilities

  • Create registration form, generate tracking link for tender docs, track registrations, liaise with project team to verify registrations, sending of confirmation email, create meeting room and link (virtual) or venue & logistics arrangements (physical), organise and run dry run, prepare logistics brief, provide guidance and consult to project team on briefing matters
  • On-day/on-site support: Manage registration and admittance of attendees, emcee for briefing (general welcome, announcements and closing), manage meeting chat, manage meeting logistics (e.g. mute participants, record meeting, etc)
    o Post-briefing support: Provide meeting recording and attendee list to project team
  • Monitor and report organization's team’s weekly status updates, including preparation of file/dashboard for weekly review
  • Manage organization’s workspace/SharePoint and SG-Teams channel
  • Manage organization's Secretariat and mailbox, including dispatch of PP related communications to external vendors
  • Any other support required by team

Key Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean.
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Min of 6 years of experience in admin/procurement role or any related.
