Responsibilities:
- In charge for execution of works at the site and office, ability to lead and, monitor direct workers on safety and productivity, and preparation of bills for works completed, getting approval of drawings etc.
- Strong supervised all Railway Electrification works and especially on Overhead Conductor Rail System.
- Follow up with project lead and other team members at site
- Execution of foundation casting works, Mast erection (Manual), to ensure the work as per drawing and safe running of trains at the work locations.
- Execution of Overhead Conductor Rail System installation in the tunnel.
- Daily update on the project
- Monitoring Work in process at site &coordination with site engineer
- Updating the stock statement of railway stores monthly for work execution planning
- Sending enquires to approved manufacturers and collect the quotations from them and prepare the comparison statement for best price
- Raising the Purchase Orders against suppliers for to procure the materials
- Cost controlling of project
- Preparing a detailed report on the project.
Requirements:
- Minimum in Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in overhead catenary system of which 3 years minimally in Overhead Conductor Rail system, after tertiary education in the planning, construction, testing and commissioning rail transit project.
- Able to interpret and review 2D and 3D modelling design drawings
- Ability to draft construction method statement and Risk Assessment for Overhead Catenary System.
- Familiar in Overhead Conductor Rail System installation tools and equipment
- Capable to lead and conduct topological survey for Overhead Conductor Rail installation works
- Experience in designing the special vehicle to be used for the erection of Overhead Conductor System’s Structural steel members
- Familiar of earthing system for Overhead Conductor Rail System
