Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 5+ years of relevant work experience in SNOWFLAKE and DBT Responsible for technical design, writing, support and operations of efficient
scalable and extensible data integrations and ingestions and participate in architecture and design
efforts.
Conduct PoCs for new technology exploration, e.g., DBT for implementing SCD
Understanding of enterprise data management concepts of governance, Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Sharing, and data applications
Experience in Snowflake Architecture, including Snow SQL, Performance Tuning, Compute and Storage
Expertise with Snowflake concepts like setting up resource monitors, RBAC controls, virtual warehouses, query performance tuning, zero copy clone, and time travel, and understand how to use these features.
Experience in Data Migration to Snowflake cloud data warehouse
Expertise in using various data sourceslike JSON, Parquet, ORC, etc.
Provide technology architecturalassessments, strategies, and roadmapsfor one or more technology domains.
Collaborate with the customer's operations and technology leadership onthe future analytic goals of theorganization and design a technicalarchitecture to meet those goals.Participate in configuring thearchitecture and advise engineeringteams on its efficient use.
Develop scalable production-ready dataintegration and processing solutions.
Strong oral and written communicationskills and client-facing skills aremandatory.
