Key Responsibilities
- To provide secretarial support to divisional director and deputy directors including scheduling calendar of meetings and appointments, taking meeting minutes, sending for members review and approval by the meeting chairperson
- To provide administration support for the management of assets in the system which includes yearly asset sighting exercise
- Coordinate the process for new hires within the division including the application of necessary services.
- Be involved in any other ad-hoc projects, e.g. company or division events as required.
- Perform simple financial management for the division and purchase-related processes.
Key Requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Experience in organizing and executing company events, meetings and workshops will be a plus.
- Min of 5 years of experience in secretarial role or any related.
