Job Description:
Manager (Project Management)
Manage, plan and implement the new and upgrading of community centres/clubs development and other client projects from planning to completion including defects liability periods, handing over of required documents to EMD, DPIPs and finalization of project accounts.
Work Arrangement:
Location: Near Jalan Besar MRT
Contract Duration: 3 months
Salary: TBA (monthly rated)
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
(after office hour meeting when required due to projects needs/requirements)
Job Requirements:
- Professional Qualification in Architectural, Building, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or other building related disciplines with a minimum three years of relevant experience in managing building projects.
