Our client is a Global MNC in the Logistics and Freight forwarding industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a After Sales Service Coordinator to join their Sales Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area.
Duties of After Sales Service Coordinator:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer issues and proactive account management.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
- Support the preparation process for successful RFQ submissions.
- Advise departments to enhance revenue from existing business models.
- Manage and coordinate multiple regional/global accounts and review KPIs.
- Lead business reviews to evaluate operational performance and meet requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to the global operations team.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate pain points as needed.
- Participate in sales, customer service, billing, legal, operations, and pricing activities.
- Regularly update SOPs and share best practices with the team.
