LOOKING FOR SITE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for Site Supervisor, who will be involved in organizing and supervising renovation projects.
The person will need to be responsible in monitoring work done, project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures, arranging and participating in client and site meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in timely manner.
Ideal candidates should be experienced in renovation/construction works in terms of technicality and workflow. Attentive to assigned projects and have a high sense of responsibility to be accountable for follow up actions and to keep everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress.
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance in project requirement and understand scope of work
• Attend to meetings and follow up with issues raised
• Provide support to Project Manager when required
• Responsible in counter checking details in drawings for correct dimensions, orientation, alignment upon project executions
• Supervise and lead work of sub-contractors and in-house workers
• Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings with approved specifications
• Monitor the progress and quality of work done by workers
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
• Minimum O Level, A Level, Diploma in Construction Management, or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of related working experience in the industry
• Able to work under tight datelines
• Meticulous & possess good attitude to learn
• Mature, self-motivated, independent and able to multi-tasks
• Competent in MS Office (MS Words & Excel)
• Good communication skills & able to work independently
• Able to work 6 days a week
• Possess Class 2/2A/2B/3 Driving License and has own vehicle
• Candidate with Safety Management Officer Certificate (SMO) and Working at Height Certificate would be an advantage
• Specialize in residential projects preferred
• Good knowledge in interior fit-out and builder’s work and able to read as build drawings
• Able to multi-task and fast to handle challenges on site
Additional Information:
· Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm (Monday to Saturday)-Flexible Timing
· Salary Range: S$3800-S$4500
