Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent quality of service as per service level agreements.
- Efficiently manage inbound and outbound logistics planning with warehouse operations.
- Interface with stakeholders in EMEA, NA, and APAC regions.
- Oversee Conveyor and AMR automation for productivity improvement.
- Maintain performance statistics and accurate records of all operational documents.
- Ensure efficient and timely processing of paperwork, meeting compliance requirements in the exporting country.
- Safely and timely move freight using appropriate forecasting methods.
- Manage day-to-day Transport Management System (TMS) operations.
- Act as the subject matter expert for EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and WM (Warehouse Management).
- Track and trace consignments.
- Ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations to meet departmental objectives.
- Maintain high performance levels for product delivery.
- Work with global stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Lead Lean Projects to improve operational productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and promptly.
- Ensure all consignments are picked up by the transport company on time.
- Lead, coach, train, and mentor direct reports, providing career development opportunities through training and quality management.
- Maximize cost-effectiveness with selected service providers and achieve set KPI targets contributing to OTIF (On Time In Full) targets.
- Prepare and analyze management and financial reports, budgets, expense reports, and department forecasts.
