Our client, one of the leading beauty salons is currently looking for a Retail Manager who leads the opening for a new salon in Singapore.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading and manage budget and timeline to set up the salon in SG by communicating tenant owners and contractors, Japan HQ.
- Procuring necessary stuff (beauty tools, equipment and furniture, uniforms etc)
- Hiring staff and providing customer service training
- Arranging technical training session with Japan HQ
- Managing staff, work shift and quality of service
- Reporting P/L by collaborating with accounting firm
- Business plan for salon expansion within Singapore, and overseas in the future (like Taiwan and other countries)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Japanese speaking skill (Conversational level) would be required for the ease of communication with Japan HQ.
- B2C Customer service experience in any industries.
- Interest in beauty industry is preferble.
BENEFITS

- Working hours: 9am -6pm on Mon-Fri
- Salary: SGD 5,000-6,000 per month
