Job Description:
- Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
- Welcome each guest promptly and courteously, offering a warm smile and positive body language.
- Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders, confirming them with guests and providing estimated service times.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service.
- Neat and professional appearance.
