Job Description:
- Responsible for checking Tender Documents and preparing BOQ
- Handle on the Details Estimating.
- Sourcing of Subcontractors and Suppliers.
- Prepare the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- Make Cost Comparison.
- Prepare the Letter of Awards (LOA)
- Prepare Variation Orders (VO).
- Issue Payment Certificate.
- Maintain Proper Documents and Drawings.
- All other QS-related assignments
Job Requirement:
- Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience with building construction
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Able to work independently
