Job responsibilities:

  • Liaise with project team on material specification.
  • Material sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfilment.
  • Preparation and execution of purchase requisition.
  • Arrange timely delivery of material.
  • Manage material / inventory level at sites and ensure the target level is met but not overstock.
  • Manage the Company’s material, assets and equipment / machinery rental at sites and ensure within budget.
  • Perform cost analysis and generate reports.
  • Meet subcontractors and suppliers onsite as necessary.
  • Manage equipment and/or machinery rental.
  • Perform receptionist duties, including attend to incoming calls and facsimiles, receiving and serving visits, handling of mails
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 1 year of relevant working experience in purchasing / procurement.
