Roles and Responsibilities:
- Finding and securing funding/grant opportunities to support our mission and business needs.
- Prepare and write grant and funding applications proposals.
- Provide grants administration support and ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and donor reporting requirements.
- Follow-through the entire grant process, from application to claims.
- Monitor the utilization of grants, oversee claim submissions, and handle all queries from Grantors.
- Conduct research and stay current on trends in government policies to identify new funding/grants opportunities.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Graduate's degree in any related field.
- Highly meticulous and alert in handling tedious processes.
- A good team player with initiative and positive working attitude.
- Previous experience in funding/grant administration and familiar with government application processes will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Working hours:
- 16 - 24 hours per week
- At least 4 hours per shift within Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00
Salary:
- $12 to $15 per hour (progressive with commitment period)
- Perfomance bonus for successful applications
