Job Descriptions
- Promote jewellery products and our services to walk-in and online customers
- Attend to customers' enquiries, order processing and provide after-sales support
- Apply excellent customer service skills, basic negotiation skills when serving customers
- Responsive to customers’ needs with initiative and to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented
- Basic cashiering and housekeeping duties
- Stock replenishment and stock taking
- Liase with ecommerce platform such TikTok, Shopee etc
- Livestreaming and content (video and others) creations
- Handle all graphic design of web promotional materials such as product launch, campaign sale, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, proactive and sales driven
- Team player with positive working attitude
- Good spoken English and another language to speak to clients from multilingual environment
- Able to work 6 days per week, retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- Plus points
- Familiar with on-line platform and ecommerce website / platforms
- Knowledge of Digital marketing and eCommerce Platforms
- Basic PC data entry skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
