Education Consultant

We assist students in navigating the complexities of applying to schools in Singapore and provide tailored advice to help them select the most suitable institutions based on their qualifications and aspirations. We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Education Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:Proactively reach out to prospective students and their families through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to introduce our education consulting services.
   Build rapport with clients and develop a deep understanding of their educational goals and qualifications.
   
2. Consultative Guidance:Conduct thorough consultations with students to assess their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
   Provide personalized advice on suitable schools and programs in Singapore, taking into account the student's qualifications and preferences.
   
3. Application Assistance:Guide students through the application process for schools in Singapore, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
   Review and edit application materials, such as personal statements, resumes, and recommendation letters, to ensure they are polished and compelling.
   
4. Educational Pathway Planning:Help students develop comprehensive educational plans that align with their long-term career goals.
   Provide information on various educational pathways, including preparatory programs, undergraduate degrees, and postgraduate studies.
   
5. Client Relationship Management:Maintain ongoing communication with students and their families throughout the application process to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience.
   Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
   
6. Team Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
   Work closely with administrative staff to ensure smooth processing of applications and client communication.
   
7. Workshops and Seminars:Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate students and their families about the education system in Singapore and the application process.
   Represent the company at education fairs and other events to promote our services.
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in education consulting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the education system and school admission processes in Singapore.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
