Job Duties:
- Contribute to the development of strategic communication and sustainability plans and implement elements as assigned, aligning with and advancing both business and function goals and strategic priorities.
- Implement processes and reporting for governing and monitoring of communication activities including tracking media and internal communications strategies executed
- Ensure all legal, regulatory and compliance issues are addressed in all communications and key conduct and risk messages are appropriately included
- Develop communications programmes to drive awareness of the company growth story and our distinctive company culture.
- Manage employee townhalls.
- Develop and implement strategic communication programs for internal and external audiences
- Formulate strategies for respective businesses on different aspects including Media Relations, Customer & Staff events, Community Relations and internal staff communications
- Ensure all legal, regulatory and compliance issues are addressed in all communications undertaken on behalf of the businesses
- Work closely with business units on issues management
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience, ideally in FMCG industry/ PR agency
