This role will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential clients, promoting our immigration services, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to introduce our immigration services.
Build rapport with clients and develop a deep understanding of their immigration needs and goals.
- Sales Pitch Delivery:Deliver persuasive sales pitches to effectively communicate the benefits of our immigration services and address any questions or concerns raised by clients.
Customize sales presentations to highlight the relevance of our services to each client's unique situation.
- Consultative Selling:Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their eligibility for immigration programs and provide tailored recommendations based on their specific circumstances.
Guide clients through the immigration process and offer solutions to overcome any potential obstacles.
- Closing Sales:Close sales by securing client commitments and agreements to proceed with our immigration services.
Negotiate terms and finalize service agreements to ensure a smooth transition to the case management phase.
- Client Relationship Management:Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales process to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:Track and report on sales activities, including leads generated, client interactions, and revenue generated.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in immigration consulting or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures is a plus.
- Results-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
