Work location: 47 Hill Street
Description:
- Provide front desk reception duties
- Handle incoming phone calls and email correspondences
- Sort and coordinate mails and courier services
- Provide general administrative support such as routing of mails to staff
- Administrative support for Standing Committee and Council Meetings
- Data entry and record keeping of databases
- Disseminate chamber’s eDMs
- Assist in chamber events and activities
- Assist with procurement duties
- Assist to update staff telephone extension & seating arrangement
- Perform any ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge in MS Office applications
- Responsible and positive attitude with an eye for detail
- Enthusiasm to learn and ability to work independently and in a team
