Administrative Assistant (Front Desk)

Description:

  • Provide front desk reception duties
  • Handle incoming phone calls and email correspondences
  • Sort and coordinate mails and courier services
  • Provide general administrative support such as routing of mails to staff
  • Administrative support for Standing Committee and Council Meetings
  • Data entry and record keeping of databases
  • Disseminate chamber’s eDMs
  • Assist in chamber events and activities
  • Assist with procurement duties
  • Assist to update staff telephone extension & seating arrangement
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Responsible and positive attitude with an eye for detail
  • Enthusiasm to learn and ability to work independently and in a team
