- Develop growth strategies and plans for IFM (Integrated Facility Management) and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) sectors.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Expand the client base.
- Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
- Research new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in building and maintaining business relationships.
- Knowledge of marketing & business development in the M&E or IFM industry
- Ability to seek out and develop new relationships to achieve strategic business goals.
- Ability to convert client relationships into business opportunities. and contribute to strategy development
- Responsibility for achieving strategic objectives.
- Proven experience as a business development manager.
- Relevant professional qualifications.
