**Responsibilities:**
- Based in Singapore, report to the Regional Sales Manager, collaborating closely on all activities and sales performance.
- Represent the brand and build strong customer relationships through in-person visits, phone, and video calls.
- Present and promote products and services effectively to customers.
- Develop and manage relationships with both existing and new customers in Singapore, excelling in sales pitches and canvassing.
- Handle direct customers, maintaining and expanding the customer profile in Singapore through strategic planning.
- Track and report sales performance and metrics on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Prepare sales quotations for all customers.
- Preferred knowledge in linear motion technology.
- Perform any other sales duties as assigned.
- Occasional overseas travel required.
**Qualifications:**
- Preferably holds an engineering or business diploma/degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial sales in Singapore, with a strong mechanical background.
- In-depth knowledge of the linear motion industry and the local competitive landscape.
- Extensive experience in selling to customers in Singapore, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Effective oral presenter, proficient in PowerPoint presentations.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, meticulous, and results-oriented.
- Strong communicator, independent, driven, and a team player.
- Intellectual curiosity and excellent customer relationship skills
- Proficient in English, with a second language preferred.
