Looking for Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Develop pricing strategies to meet market demand and organizational objectives.
2. Skills to identify and propose business opportunities. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities.
3. To establish superior customer relationship, manage and handle customer expectation professionally, and to ensure high customer satisfaction level.
4. Support clients with product knowledge information, which including creates and conducts proposal presentations.
5. Attend company goal setting meetings and conduct training and develop strategies to meet company goals.
6. Utilize various channels, including social media and industry events, to attract new prospects.
7. Contribute creative ideas to enhance our business development strategies.
Skills:
1. Understanding the marketing and developing pricing and promotions.
2.Tracking current trends and formulating new business strategies monthly.
3. Building strong customer relationship by handling customer expectation in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.
4. Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and market best practices to build successful strategies.
5. Provide guidance and training the whole work flow process as well as handling dispute and complaints by the clients.
6. Participate in marketing and networking activities to gain exposure.
