Responsibilities
- Manage the Company’s compliance risk, by ensuring sound compliance risk management that aligns with business performance and governance structure in identifying, managing and mitigating possible non-compliance with the relevant laws, rules and standards.
- Assist in the review of marketing and product materials
- Assist on reporting to the Board of Directors (BOD) and Management Team (MT) on compliance risk matters.
- Provide compliance advisory to Business Units on regulatory requirements and industry guideline, in particular on PDPA, FATCA and CRS matters.
- Assist in the reviewing any data breaches escalated from business units.
- Assist with rolling out the Regulatory Compliance Assessment for applicable laws and regulations to the impacted departments and to work with the business units to implement the required controls.
- Assist in the regulatory dissemination to relevant stakeholders – LIA and GIA
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and/or Head of Compliance.
- Undertake any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned.

- Proficient in MS Office
