We’re looking to add an Engineering Assistant in Singapore. The position will be based in our GES office in Marsiling.
As an Engineering Assistant, you will:
Responsible for the administration, planning, and scheduling of daily facilities support functions within Facilities Management (FM), with a solid understanding of both soft and hard services. Lead efforts in housekeeping and pest management.
The key responsibilities are as below:
- Assist the facilities site lead with daily administration of both soft and hard services.
- Prepare and submit documentation, such as Capital Expenditure Requisitions and Electronic Purchase Requests, through the computer system.
- Coordinate with external vendors for quotations, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality work.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections for housekeeping and pest management, collaborating with support vendors to address any issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal users to gather and address facilities feedback.
- Organize and file documents to prepare for site regulatory and audit inspections.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
- At least NITEC in Engineering / Building Management, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities/building environment.
- ITE fresh graduates are encourage to apply!
- Experienced in Manufacturing environment and/or Managing Agent background is preferred.
- Ability to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess Safety First mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Independent team player, with good communication and time management skills.
