Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop product sales to key account and implements sales strategies
- To maintain and improve existing customers accounts and also develop and increase new customers accounts.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Analyze and observe the market trends to ensure achieving sales targets.
- Provide product recommendation, technical support and manage complaint responses, coordinating efforts with production and customer service where appropriate.
- Manage primary sales territories include Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines (Customer orientated and readiness to travel)
- Identify emerging markets and change in market trends, competitors and new product requirements, submit monthly reports.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments and other duties when necessary.
- Sales commission is applicable on sales target met
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Management , Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 Years of working sales experience in a plating chemical trading/ Hard Disk Drive (HDD) Automotive Aerospace, Pharmaceutical and Medical.
- Outgoing personality with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written/spoken English and Mandarin – in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
- Preferably possess own transport
