· Develop product sales and customer technical support
· Analyze and observe the market trends to ensure achieving sales targets.
· Provide product recommendation, technical support and manage complaint responses, coordinating efforts with production and customer service where appropriate.
· Identify emerging markets and change in market trends, competitors and new product requirements, submit monthly reports.
· Undertake ad hoc assignments and other duties when necessary.
