SCOPE OVERVIEW
- Responsible to works with stakeholders from all business units to understand their business needs and objective and translating them into application and operational requirements.
- Responsible to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Responsible to proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs).
- Responsible to be the bridge between business units and the technology team, aligning the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology.
- Responsible to works closely with the technical team to test the solution, record and track technical issues and implement any needed changes.
- Responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, supporting user for UAT.
- Responsible to investigate on the system defects reported by user, upon verifications to escalates to the technical teams.
- Responsible to ensure the proper implementation of system enhancement and to broadcast the updates of system implementation to business users.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum at Degree level in Information technology or business management field of study
- At least 5 years BA experience in insurance industry
- Knowledgeable in Insurance Business preferred
- Familiarity on Online Systems and Services to support Insurance Operations
- Experienced in Project Management. Effective in planning, implementing and monitoring customer experience improvement initiatives
