Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and interviewing to drafting employment contracts.
- Manage work visa applications, onboard and offboard employees, and develop HR policies that comply with Singaporean laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay updated with employment regulations, handle payroll and tax submissions, administer employee benefits.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally from Energy and Commodities background.
- Experience in developing policies for startups is beneficial.
- You should be comfortable managing all HR functions independently, motivated to contribute to organizational growth, and adept at logical thinking and problem-solving.
- The role requires perseverance and the ability to work autonomously to ensure effective HR operations.
