Video Producer

As a Senior Video Producer, you are the first point of contact for our clients. You will work closely with your Project Manager to deliver video production works to primarily corporate clients.
You will be scheduling discussions with clients, drafting quotations and following up to close a deal. Thereafter, you will be managing the project from pre- to post-production. You will be working with an in-house team of videographers, director and video editors.
You will have a high level of autonomy in the planning, managing and execution of the video works. Your initiative will be highly valued in this ever-changing industry.
Job Scope
- Manage & execute video production & live stream projects from start to finish
- Involvement in scripting, storyboard development & editing process
- Work closely with team members to achieve project objectives
- Plan and manage production schedule & budget
- Manage talents, freelancers & external vendors
- Knowledge sharing & coaching team members
- Maintain good relations with clients
- Identify & capture new business opportunities
- Digital file management and other admin tasks
- You will be out & about wherever projects take you
Job Requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience with relevant portfolio & track record
- Able to provide effective solutions throughout the pre- to post-production process
- Able to communicate with clients effectively
- Positive attitude towards problem solving
- Have a keen interest in the media industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- You will start with 14 days of annual leave, and you will receive 1 annual leave day increment for every 2 years worked, up to a maximum of 18 days per year.
