- Basic up to $2,800 + $100 (Grooming Allowance) + $300 (Transport Allowance, for MBS only) + Comm (Store & Individual)

Description:
1. Sales and Customer Service Management:
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
2. Inventory and Stock Management:
• Oversee stock levels and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
3. Staff Supervision and Training:
• Train, mentor, and supervise store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and store policies.
4. Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation:
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance.
5. Operational and Administrative Duties:
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights into sales performance and customer trends.
