Producer/Director

Job Scope
- Actively participate in business development activities to identify and reach out to potential clients and projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their objectives
- Draft estimates and develop comprehensive project plans, resource requirements and outlining timelines to successfully clinch projects
- Generate compelling video concepts and craft pitch presentations showcasing proposed concepts aligned with client objectives and project briefs
- Collaborate with video team to develop detailed storyboards, scripts, and visual treatments
- Engage with clients to present and discuss ideas, addressing feedback and refining pitches as needed
- Coordinate all pre-production activities, including casting, location scouting, and securing necessary permits
- Efficiently allocate resources and manage budgets
- Ensure all aspects of the production are meticulously planned to guarantee a smooth shooting process
- Provide creative direction on set, guiding talents and crew members to achieve the desired vision while managing client feedback and expectations
- Work closely with editors and other post-production professionals to ensure the final product aligns with the initial vision and client expectations
- Digital file management and other ad hoc tasks
- You will be out & about wherever projects take you
Job Requirements
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Positive attitude toward problem solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful video pitches and project management
- Passion for attaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Able to use initiative and common sense to find solutions to problems
- Candidates from Mass Comm, Film & media/comms courses are preferred
