Working Hours:830am – 6pm (Monday to Friday)
- Managing facilities hotline, admin email
- Manage documentation flow for contractors’ management
- Register of dockets, update and compilation for monthly report
- Responsible for keeping budget and expenditure records
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements:
- Diploma Level with at least five (5) years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
