Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Logistics/Transportation sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sea Freight Coordinator to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Document processing for Export Ocean
- Ensure optimisation of own GRP while load planning considering operational & financial aspects.
- Administer accurate file opening/ checking/ updating/ closing and archiving within the defined KPIs
- Issuance of shipping certificates when needed or necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Able to start work immediately
- Experience in data entry (system or report updates) and basic administration tasks.
