Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate a wide range of employee engagement and welfare activities
- Promptly process applications on Applicant Tracking System, coordinate and conduct interviews
- Support in the delivery of HR tasks for all stages of employee lifecycle
- Draft social media company branding post contents
- Offer suggestions to help improve HR practices that are feasible and aligned with business needs.
- Provide support for other departmental projects and administration work as required
Required Skills & Experience
- Fresh graduate from Human Resources or relevant courses and/or with prior experiences
- Able to commit for 4-5 months, ideally from October 2024 to January/February 2025
