Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance on building monitoring and control systems, environmental monitoring systems, and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues in SCADA systems, PLCs, HMIs, DDC controllers, and other mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Installation and Setup: Assist in the installation, setup, and testing of new equipment and systems, including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and DDC controllers.
- Inspection and Testing: Conduct routine inspections and tests on equipment and systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Update maintenance logs, equipment manuals, and system documentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts. Order necessary supplies to ensure availability.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Identify and report potential safety hazards.
- Support and Assistance: Provide support to other departments and assist with special projects as needed, particularly those involving SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and DDC controllers.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or a related field.
- Experience with SCADA systems, PLCs, HMIs, DDC controllers, and other related equipment.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics, particularly those related to control systems and automation.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
