Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of people related programs/initiatives which include defining objectives & outcomes, approach & methodologies, establishing governance framework and tools, ensuring consistency across tech units.
  • Track initiative/program status and provide progress updates to the governance meetings with stakeholders. Highlight risks and issues, if any.
  • Partner Learning & Development team and Technology SMEs to drive technology competency across teams, ensure fit for role. This includes developing, designing and implementation of technology onboarding curriculums, learning roadmap, certification and career pathway frameworks and programs.
  • Collaborate widely with RMG, EASRE and Technology teams to strengthen technology risk culture, embed risk mindset and behaviours through the 4 key pillars, namely “Tone from the Top”, “Accountability”, “Effective Communication & Challenge” and “Incentives”.
  • On consequence management, consolidate the list of breaches and/or incidents on a quarterly basis to highlight hotspots and key themes, skill deficiency at Technology EXCO for management oversight and intervention, if required.
  • Follow up with EASRE and Technology teams on the key takeaways from Technology Disciplinary Committee (DC) which relate to training, risk awareness, process lapses/gaps, behavioural patterns. Distill the lessons learnt from the DC cases and share with the wider technology community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience preferably with exposure in Banking and Finance industry and in Technology environment.
  • Self-driven, resourceful and able to multi-task.
  • Detailed and meticulous with strong data analytical and problem solving skills. Able to influence decision-making through clear storytelling; simplify complex concepts and deliver the ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • IT savvy, proficient in MS Excel and Power point skills.
