RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception Duties:

  • Attend to all clients, intermediaries and other visitors who come to the Company's premises
  • Answer visitors' queries and arrange for them to be attended to by the appropriate department personnel
  • Receive mail that is delivered by hand, as well as dispatch items from there that are intended for collection, as applicable

Customer Centre Duties:

  • Handling all enquiries from clients
  • Provide quotations to clients, within authority limits granted
  • Process urgent insurance documentation
  • Follow up on outstanding renewals and quotes
  • Assist in credit control.
  • Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum GCE O Level

OTHER INFORMATION
  • Proficient in customer servicing and possesses strong drive for service excellence
  • Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Able to multi-tasks and meet timelines
  • Able to adapt changes and work in a fast-paced environment
