Description:
Primary: Summon Serving and Despatch (a) on site at MOM premises and (b) outdoor according to addresses of accused
- Serving of MOM summons to accused at various addresses in Singapore.
- This might involve work after office hour.
- Attend Court session when required as witness purposes.
- Despatch services for ad-hoc priority parcel delivery by hand.
Secondary: Administrative and Logistical Support (this will only be activated when there is no summon serving or despatch services)
- Performance of mail functions, including collection of mails from various departments, folding of mails, going to SingPost for mailing.
- Other administrative work such as assisting MOM officer in escorting the vendor to department for pulping bag collection and any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Perform receiving of goods and ensure goods are delivered or stored in the correct locations. This includes verification of quantity in document against physical goods.
- Coordinate the issuance / return of assets / inventories with IT vendors or department representative for deployment and ensure proper updating is done according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and workflow.
- Update asset movement, print label & tag to the assets, etc.
- Any other administrative duties as assigned by the Authority
Qualification:
- Possess minimally GCE ‘N’ Level with pass in English with any qualification and minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Experience in Law-and-Order enforcement and/or customer service inparticular, dealing with difficult customers, etc.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and / or Malay Language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
