- Facility and equipment management
- Handle new employees latop setup, purchase of stationery
- Handle to visitors and deliverymen
- Ensure bills are paid
- Renew insurance (Example: doctor’s medical malpractice, risk insurance), lease and licenses
- Assist in new clinic set-up and/or winding down of old clinics
- Serve as a Patient Service Associate at our clinics during staff shortages, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic.
- Other duties assigned by the reporting supervisor as required
