Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing
- Perform verification to ensure prompt and accurate payroll processing.
- Processing of employees and statuttory claims.
- Manage and administer employeee attendance.
- Verify employee attendance, overtime, allowance and salary computation.
- Manage employee data and ensure data integrity and governance.
- Process timely and accurate claims relating to insurance and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of claims and ensure compliance with local policy and legislation
- Prepare reports and provide claims experience statistics as needed.
- Prepare HR reports on payroll, benefits and any statutory reporting requirements
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years of payroll processing experience.
- Ability to commerce work within short notice will be an added advantage.
