Maintaining up-to-date and effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), On-the-Job Training (OJT) materials, and Risk Assessments is crucial as we continue to expand. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern- Production Assistant to assist in the reorganization and updating of these essential documents.
Responsibilities:
As an Intern- Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our operational documents adhere to the highest standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Review and Update SOPs:Conduct a thorough review of existing SOPs.
Identify areas for improvement and update documents to reflect the latest best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance OJT Materials:Assist in revising and enhancing OJT materials.
Prepare comprehensive training materials for use by coaches and trainers.
- Risk Assessment Review:Support the team in reviewing and updating risk assessments.
Ensure all risk assessments are aligned with the latest SOP updates.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Baking, Food Science, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
