Covering multiple businesses in a fast-paced, dynamic and energetic trading environment, your role will involve working closely with the regulatory teams, compliance and senior technology management in the Asia region to deliver on regulatory response activity. This will involve the technology & cyber divisions as well as the Technology Business Operational Risk Management team to ensure regional compliance.

What role will you play?
You will help manage and deliver the Macquarie Asia region technology portfolio of regulatory response work across 10 countries. You will help to coordinate responses to Inspections/Requests for Information from subject matter experts and responsible teams, collaborate across functions to perform analysis and to develop work plans and work on implementation of technology change to uplift where required. In addition, you will also prepare material for senior leadership meetings and coordinate closure of actions.
What you offer
- 8+ years’ project/business management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working on regulatory change/directly engaging with regulators would be beneficial.
- A tertiary degree in IT or similar subject.
- Domain knowledge of Investment Banking preferred. Some knowledge of cash equities, derivatives, or commodities beneficial.
