Choose between office hours or night shift
- Office Hours: 8am - 5.30pm (Monday - Thursday), 8am - 6.30pm (Friday)
- Night Shift: 9pm - 9am (3-4-4-3 work pattern) Work 3 days, 4 days off & work 4 days, 3 days off
