The role:
We are looking for highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top-tier talent for permanent positions within our client network.
Your role will include:
- Working with clients in APAC to do market research and provide business consulting and senior level recruitment services
- Partnering with leading startups, firms, and large corporates to source the best-fit working professionals to meet their talent needs
- Helping clients with recruiting the right talent in Singapore and beyond (including regional markets such as China and other Southeast Asian countries)
- Conduct thorough market research to understand talent trends, and with your professional knowledge advise candidates with career development strategies
- Responsible for walking the candidates through the entire recruitment process, and maintain good relationship in the long term
- Achieving the assigned annual sales targets
Requirements:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree
- You have relevant internship or working experience in recruitment, consulting, business development or the equivalent
- You have an excellent command of English in writing and speaking; multilingual skills will be a plus
- Prior working experience in the Southeast Asia markets will be advantageous
- You have proven track record in meeting targets or KPIs in your previous internships / jobs
- You demonstrate great skills in building rapport and maintain good relationships with people
