About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of our fermented flour products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to established protocols.
- Perform sensory evaluations to ensure products meet taste, texture, and aroma specifications.
- Analyze laboratory test results and maintain accurate quality control documentation.
- Monitor and maintain sanitation standards throughout the production process.
- Identify and address potential quality control issues, implementing corrective actions.
- Participate in internal audits and maintain HACCP compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant food safety regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science,, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a QA/QC role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of HACCP principles and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
